Dr Joseph Gordon

Dr. Joseph Gordon is a distinguished clinical psychiatrist with a wealth of expertise in the field of mental health. He earned his MBBS and MSc degrees from the renowned University College London (UCL), and went on to complete his Psychiatry fellowship training within the UK NHS, prior to migrating to Brisbane in 2006. He has since worked across both the public and private health systems in Queensland. Dr. Gordon's dedication to his patients is evident in his specific areas of interest, which include bipolar disorder, ADHD (Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder), and trauma-related conditions. He has committed himself to staying at the forefront of advancements in these fields, ensuring that his patients receive the most up-to-date and effective treatments available.

Dr Elina Schwartz

Dr. Elina Schwartz is a highly regarded consultant psychiatrist. Having graduated from James Cook University, she is a Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (RANZCP), she has over 15 years' experience across the public and private systems in both Australia and New Zealand. Dr. Schwartz's expertise spans anxiety disorders, depression, bipolar disorder, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) in adolescents and adults. Dr Schwartz's practice is underpinned by an empathetic, collaborative approach to working with her patients to undertake accurate diagnosis and support them through an effective treatment plan.

Angela Thompson

Angela Thompson is a clinical psychologist with qualifications from the University of Queensland. For the last ten years, she has worked within multidisciplinary private practice settings providing therapy for teenagers, adults and couples. Angela's particular areas of expertise include depression and anxiety disorders, grief and loss, separation, post-traumatic stress disorder, and eating disorders. Her interventions and treatment plans draw on a range of evidence-based therapies including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, and other solutions-focused therapeutic approaches. Angela is dedicated to supporting each individual with empathy, respect, and a commitment to their personal growth and healing. Her client-centered approach ensures that patients receive tailored care that respects their unique needs and circumstances.
